Deluxe Rib Resources:

A high-performance matting system for high-traffic areas

In building entries, lobbies and lifts you may need a matting system designed and manufactured with performance in mind. Deluxe Rib has a unique surface structure to remove more dirt from passing shoes and so protect internal flooring from avoidable wear.

High Performance – coarse bi-level ribs ensure a powerful scrub of passing shoes
Moisture Retention – high-absorbing polypropylene fibres remove and retain moisture
Grit Retention – deep channels between the ribs that trap the dirt and debris
Durable Construction – suitable for covered external as well as internal locations
Subtle Colour – neutral colour ensures that it will not clash with any building colour scheme
Installation Options – can be installed as a recessed matting system or edged for surface-mounting

INSTALLATION OPTIONS

Surface Mounted
– Edged for loose-laying with grippers to reduce movement of the mat under-foot.

Recessed Install
– Supplied with a matting frame in Aluminium/Brass or Stainless-steel.
– Loose, mitred and drilled for screw-fixing.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

For Recess Applications:
– Ensure recess is clean, level and smooth (for gluing in mat the recess will need an engineered screed or skim coat to ensure adhesion).
– Install angles using glue or mechanical fixings.
– Glue in the mat using a contact adhesive or pressure sensitive glue.
– It is advised that the mat be unrolled and allowed to adjust to climate for 8-24 hours.

For Surface Mounted Applications:
– Unroll the mat and roll the edges down, these will relax over time and lay flat.
– Ensure the substrate is clean from dirt and debris.
